Reason for not signing contract:

As a result of reviewing documentation due to clarification questions received, the review identified a requirement that Freebridge now considers should be included. As this may affect supplier participation and competition, we have concluded that it is appropriate to terminate the current procurement process and re-issue the opportunity with revised documentation. This decision has been taken in the interests of transparency, fairness and equal treatment of suppliers.
