Freebridge Community Housing require the following from the provider of their Kitchen and Bathroom works.

Kitchen Supply and Install - Freebridge requires a supplier to successfully install and upgrade their housing stock kitchens. The kitchens must be sourced from Rixonway in line with Freebridge’s specification and finishing options. The supplier will be fully responsible for the planning, supply and installation of the kitchen and sundry items to bring the whole room up to the current Freebridge specification as per Appendix F.

Estimated volume per year: 300

Bathroom Supply and Install – Freebridge requires a supplier to successfully supply, install and upgrade their housing stock bathrooms. Freebridge will require the supplier to measure, design and install or upgrade/modify the bathroom in full to the current Freebridge specification as per Appendix F. This will include all sundry items as per the specification.

Estimated volume per year: 110

Responsive repairs – Freebridge will at times require the supplier to conduct responsive repairs, which may involve full replacements for insurance claims or works on voids. This will not be a main stream of works but may effect planned works, which would need to be reviewed and rescheduled to bring properties back online in the shortest available time.
