Short Description: All bidders must be members of the Concrete Repair Association or equivalent. St Edmundsbury Estate consists of 10 blocks of low-medium rise blocks. These blocks include areas of reinforced concrete, including but not limited to Cills, lintels, communal walkways and private balconies. Due to the age and deterioration of these elements, Freebridge Community Housing requires services to Hammertap survey and make safe spooling areas of concrete whilst testing to ascertain the cause of the corrosion and protect the resulting exposed steel reinforcement. The completion of these works will enable a long-term holistic remedial solution for the estate to be established.
